Q: How do I place an order?

Q: How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

A: After placing your order and completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email will contain your order number and details.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

A: We process orders quickly to get your bags to you as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@yulse.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.

 A: All transactions on Yulse.com are processed in Great British Pounds (GBP) for UK orders and United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) for UAE orders].

 A: Our order processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Q: What is the estimated delivery time?

 A: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday). The total estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time.

Q: What is the order cutoff time?

A: Our daily order cutoff time is 05:00 (5:00 AM) GMT+00:00 (Edinburgh, London time zone). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates.

Q: How can I track my order?

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item and the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
